Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport

Checked in late at night for a flight in the morning. We only needed a comfy bed, a clean hotel, and a complimentary breakfast and free airport shuttle... all for a good price... and Microtel met all four of those needs. The two staff, Oscar at night, and a woman in mid-morning (on 6/20), were pleasant, courteous, and made us feel welcome. The decaf coffee in the lobby at night tasted really good to us, and regular coffee at breakfast time did as well. Our complementary breakfast included bananas, strawberry yogurt, peach yogurt, various bagles, bread, cream cheese, hot pancakes, syrup, Quaker Hot Oatmeal packs, Biscuits & Gravy, Nature Valley Nut Bars, packaged Muffins, milk, and juice.

The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We've stayed here before, and it has always been good. The staff in the past have been really nice. This trip had a huge hiccup but Joe at the front desk was very sympathetic, and we so appreciated it. We were reserved for 3 days but we had to leave after only one night due to getting back to Florida to prepare for Milton. Joe cancelled the 2 extra days and only charged us for one with no penalties. Great customer service!!!

overall room was quiet. i think we were next to housekeeping storage room, and occasionally could hear some noises in there but it was not too excessive nor loud. at night for a brief while , a bit of noise and people talkin in hallways but also not excessive nor horrible, maybe this is part of observations in general. overall , it went smooth, was convenient, and your place is so awesomely clean , definitely exceptional, and would definitely return for a night, if in the area again.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Visited during the nba playoffs and indy 500 weekend. Hotel is very clean. Had a big two bed room, beds were soft and comfortable. Tv had lots of channels, the wifi was really fast. Hotel looks like it was just updated. Not a spec of dirt anywhere in the room. The breakfast is normal american fare but kept warm and everything tasted fresh. 😋 even has a complementary shuttle service to the airport. Located right off of a central highway so ease of access is high. There's a Mexican restaurant right next door that is rated pretty high and a sams club in the same parking lot.

I think breakfast should have some more variety in terms keeping in mind for people who could be vegan or Asian community. It's crowd from all over world who visit so that needs to be slightly upgraded atleast some veg sandwich option or toast bread with butter option can be kept. That's something which can be had by people around world. Just little to add to.
